1. Absentee bids are executed in competition with the audience, on an alternate basis. Due to the

uncertanties of bidding patterns, the audience may win a lot for the same amount authorized by an absentee

bidder. A (+) sign to the right of the bid amount will authorize the absentee bidder to bid one additional bid.

In the event of identical bids, the bid first will take precedence.

2. D. L. Straight Auctioneers offers this service as a convenience to their customers and will not be held

responsible for error failure to execute bids. Lots that are damaged and not cataloged as such, renders the

within one (1) day of auction, unless arrangements have previously been arranged. Mailed or faxed bids

should be confirmed by telephone.

4. Please note that a buyers premium of 10% will be added to the auctioneer's hammer price, plus applicable

sales tax if resale form is not on file prior to the auction.

5. All bids will be executed subject to the Conditions of Sale and Information for Buyers.

6. Bids under $100.00 will not be executed via fax. In person only.
